Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 75 m² and is build in 1991. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 800 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 350 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6800 m away. A 12 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Super sauberes Ferienhaus, auch die Matratzen waren 1A sauber. Alles mögliche vorhanden was man so brauchen kann , wirklich gut ausgestattet. Besonders toll für unsere Hunde war das eingezäunte Grundstück. Gemütliches Haus !

Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Großer Garten für unsere Hunde und der Strand war gleich um die Ecke. Zum Einkaufen muss man leider das Auto benutzen. Ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, sehr sauberes Haus. Wie üblich, die Betten sind sehr weich.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unserem 3-jährigen Sohn und zwei Hunden in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten, modernen Ferienhaus. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Küche enthält scharfe Messer, genug Töpfe usw. Die Sauna ist groß, funktioniert genau wie erklärt und lässt einen abends entspannen. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (auch für ein kleines Kind) und hält durch Steine und Sand vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten bereit. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, allerdings an einigen Stellen nicht 100% ausbruchsicher (zumindest nicht für unsere Hunde). Dennoch kann man ruhigen Gewissens mit allen im Garten spielen. Im Schrank am Hauseingang befinden sich auch Spielgeräte und Bälle. Als wir ankamen mussten wir am Sicherungskasten einmal den Strom anstellen (kleiner Drehschalter, von 0 auf 1), das wäre vielleicht gut vorher zu wissen. Für das große Schlafzimmer benötigt man ein großes Laken (1,80 m) , da die Matratzenauflage über beide Matratzen geht und zwei einzelne Laken damit nicht funktionieren. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Gerade mit Kindern oder Hunden ist die Lage toll und der eingezäunte Garten unschlagbar.
