Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 87 m² and is build in 1990. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 816 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe Bucht und Badestelle. Unbeschreiblich schöne Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer auf das Meer.

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick, innen alles vorhanden, wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit, nur die Spielgeräte im Garten müssten dringend repariert werden.

Unsere Erwartungen vom Haus wurden übertroffen. Die Riesige Terrasse die teilweise überdacht ist lädt zum Essen im Freien ein mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Morgens strahlt die Sonne durch die riesigen Fenster in das Wohnzimmer. Von dem man auf das meer guckt. So startet man direkt gut gelaunt den Tag. Ein paar Gesellschaftsspiele sind im Haus auch vorhanden, was ne willkommene Abwechslung bietet. Lediglich einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für den Strand. Der war bei meinem Aufenthalt voller Algen. Mit den Kieselsteinen kann man sich noch irgendwie arrangieren aber der Geruch der wohl von den Algen kommen muss, verdirbt den Spaß am Strand.

Rigtig hyggeligt sommerhus med skøn udsigt til vandet. Sommerhuset lever op til de billeder som vi så på nettet ved bestilling. Kun ca. 5 min. til fint badevand. Fra badebroen er der sandbund. Som minus kan nævnes at service og køkkenredskaber virker lidt rodet og der er mange forskellige slags. Køkkenskabe og skuffer er fyldt godt op men er svære at overskue. Vi vil gerne anbefale huset og vender også gerne selv tilbage.

Et fantastisk sommerhus, med den skønneste udsigt. Alt var i orden, og huset fremstod rent og indbydende ved ankomst. Et superflot område, med attraktioner indenfor kort afstand og med noget for enhver smag.
