Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 94 m² and is build in 2007. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1148 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420,- will be charged. Alarm can be switched off with the key ring

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgesattet. Die Möbel sind bequem, die technischen Geräte funktionieren. Der TV ist Internetfähig unf groß. < br />Der Pool ist sehr schön gelegen. Kleine negative Punkte gibt es allerdings auch. Das Wohnzimmer besteht aus einer riesigen Glasfront. Dadurch wird es sehr heiß im Zimmer, wenn die Sonne scheint. Fernsehen ist bei Sonne ebenfalls schwierig, da sich die Lamellen nie ganz schließen lassen und es sehr stark blendet. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Der TV ist auch wenn er sehr leise eingestellt ist, deutlich in den Schlafzimmern zu hören. Ein Schlafzimmer ist so schmal, dass man nur ca. 10-15 cm von Bett zu Wand hat. Um an den Schrank zu kommen, muss man durch diesen Engpass und kann sich leicht mal and er Bettkante stoßen. < br />

Wir hatten das Sommerhaus jetzt zum 2ten Mal gebucht. Die Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit waren wieder hervorragend. Im Rasen befinden sich 2-3 Kuhlen, wo man beim Spielen ein wenig darauf achten sollte. Supermarkt 5 Autominuten entfernt. Feiner Sandstrand neben dem Mommark Hafen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön gelegen das Grundstück ist sehr schön gepflegt. Man hat mehrere Terrassen zur Verfügung. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern oder Fahrrad fahren ein. Man kann dort einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbringen.

Das Sommerhaus war von der Sauberkeit, dem Zustand und der Ausstattung perfekt. Die Ausstattung hat sogar meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Alles sehr sauber und in einem guten Zustand.

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Alles ist gut durchdacht.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ein schönes und modernes Haus. Hinter dem Haus hat man genug Privatsphäre.

Das Haus wirkt viel größer, als die Fläche angegeben ist. Es ist einfach super, die Lage ist perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Man ist sehr schnell am Sandstrand und im Meer, hat eine tolle Aussicht und an Ausstattung mangelt es auch nicht. Meine Partnerin vermisst schon den Außenwhirlpool mit Blick in den Nachthimmel. Übrigens kommt hin und wieder ein weißer Kater vorbei, der ist sehr zutraulich und freut sich über Streicheleinheiten.
