Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 95 m² and is build in 2005. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home contains a combined washer and dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 804 m² garden site. Situated 100 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Super Ausblick , sehr ruhige Lage , 3 Minuten bis zum Strand , Strand sehr steinig , kein eingezäuntes Grundstück, Bettwäsche muss man sich leider im Büro abholen ist nicht im Ferienhaus

Vi har igennem årene haft mange ophold i Sol og Strands sommerhuse; dette var klart det bedste og nyeste, vi nogensinde har været i, og det fremstod fantastisk rent og indbydende ved ankomsten. Stor ros til den person, som gør rent i dette sommerhus. Vedkommende er meget dygtig. Vi var så benovede. Derudover var alt jo bare lækkert og skønt. Fede møbler, designerborde, skønt badeværelse, skønt køkken, kæmpe stue, kæmpe terrasse med flot udsigt over havet. Dette var på alle måder et helt specielt GODT sommerhus, og vi er meget tilfredse. Skal man bade, er der stenstrand og sten i havet, men flere steder er der badebro, så man slipper ud over stenene. Går man ca. 800 meter ned af stranden til venstre kommer man til en skøn sandstrand, som ligger ved Mommark marina. Vi spiste flere gange på Mommark Marina, og fik skøn mad. Den ligger lige på stranden og er rigtig hyggelig og ofte ret mange mennesker og livlig, da campingpladsen ligger lige ned til Marinaen.

Wir hatten einen tollen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Lage und der Blick auf das Meer sind herrlich.Wer die Ruhe liebt ist hier genau richtig.wir kommen wieder...ist schon gebucht

Helles Ferienhaus mit einer tollen Lage in der Nähe vom Strand mit Blick aufs Meer und schöne Sonnenaufgänge. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung, ein paar mehr Kochlöffel wären super! :-) Hier lässt es sich dank Sauna, Ofen und toller Aussicht auch in der Nebensaison gut Urlaub machen.
