Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

The holiday home is situated on a 826 m² garden site. Situated 200 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. A 70 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Swing. Sandbox. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren Blick aus Meer. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider sind die Wohnmöbel in keinem gutem Zustand. Den Zaun um die Terrasse gibt es auch nicht mehr. Wirklich schade.

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Das Grundstück schön groß. Das Gartenhaus bietet Platz für mitgebrachte Fahrräder, selbst ein Eisschrank ist vorhanden.Es sollte mehr auf die Reinigung und Pflege geachtet werden. Kaputte Möbel müssen ausgetauscht werden, Abflüsse regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Wenn das beachtet wird, kann man das Ferienhaus wirklich genießen.
