Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 2000. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 60 litres.

The holiday home is situated on a 300 m² garden site. Situated 75 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 85 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office.Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das schöne, gepflegte und sehr gut ausgestattete Haus liegt ruhig am Ende eines Wegs in erster Reihe. Es hat einen herrlichen Meerblick und Terrassen für jede Wind- und Wetterlage. Ein kurzer Weg durch den Wald führt zum Badesteg. - Perfekte Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Trotz nicht dem besten Wetter, hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Waren viel unterwegs und haben sogar einen Sandstrand gefunden.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Mommark?????????? Heerlijk rustige omgeving. Altijd de zee te zien! Om het hele huis is wel een gunstig plekje om te zitten hoe het weer ook is.???? En in het huis is alles wat je maar nodig hebt! Echt geweldig???????????? Wij zouden zó weer terug gaan?? Zéér aan te raden!!! Perfect!! ??

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Leider war die Leiter zum Strand (Steilküste) nicht mehr vorhanden, so dass der Weg zum Strand etwas weiter ist.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Dänemark und haben uns mit diesem Haus wirklich eine Top Lage ausgesucht. Direkter unverbauter Blick aufs Meer und im Haus alles was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
