Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 10 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 106 m² and is build in 1997. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 848 m² natural site. Situated 150 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub mit viel Natur. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Angabe mit 10 Personen finden wir vom Platz her im Haus schwierig und eng - 4 bis max. 6 Erwachsene ja und dann Kinder. Die Küche ich sehr klein mit wenig Arbeitsfläche und auch im Gäste WC ist die Dusche sehr eng. Schade auch, dass Reinigungssachen (Besen, Eimer, Staubsauger) in der Sauna gelagert sind. Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die Böden knarzen. Geschirr, Töpfe/ Pfannen, Besteck, Messer, her alles soweit vorhanden. Filterkaffeemaschine ist auch vor Ort. Die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können - auch auf dem Gelände und rund ums Haus. Sonnenschirm und Liegen wären schön gewesen. Weg zum Meer schön nah, Bereich am Wasser nur Steine und sehr glitschig, aber durch den Steg kommt man gut ins Wasser. Sandstrand am Hafen von Mommark zu Fuß ca. 15 Min. Alles sehr ruhig gelegen - Supermärkte im Umkreis von 6 km. Tolles Restaurant/ Imbiss/ Eisdiele am Hafen von Mommark mit leckerem Essen.

Grundsätzlich tolles Haus und tolle Lage .Sauberkeit müsste besser sein!Ansonsten würden es weiter empfehlen ....wir würden es wieder buchen!

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit guter Ausstattung und moderner Einrichtung, aber definitiv nicht für 10 Personen geeignet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr kleine Küche (4 qm). Gäste-WC ist mit Duschnische. Der Strand ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Allerdings ist der Strand sehr steinig, es gibt aber Stege, um ins Wasser zu kommen. Sehr gut ziehender Kamin, was für unseren Urlaub Ende Oktober wichtig war.
