The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. Floor heating in all tiled floors. Combine washing machine/tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1069 m² garden site. Situated 500 m from the sea. A bathing jetty is available nearby. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 140 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 15 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Play tower. Slide.Fire place. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir haben eine superschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Und da wir 5 Personen waren, war es einfach ein Genuss mit 2 Bädern in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr schön und man hat es auch nicht weit, bis zum Strand und Hafen. Indem Haus war alles, was man zu einem gelungenen Urlaub benötigt.

Das Haus ist ein Traum. Sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Es ließ bei uns keine Wünsche offen. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr schön. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da und haben Ruhe und Natur gesucht und gefunden. Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freizeitaktivitäten erreicht man mit dem Auto in der Nähe.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in dem schönen Haus. Für das herbstliche Wetter im August konnte ja keiner was. Wir haben aber das beste draus gemacht. Die Lage des Hauses hat dabei geholfen .

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub, in diesem tollen Haus und würden es sofort wieder buchen. Das ist wirklich ein Haus indem alles vorhanden ist. Der Strand und der Hafen sind nicht weit weg und man kann zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen.

Mooi, verzorgd en goed uitgerust vakantiehuis op loopafstand (10 minuten) van de zee. Echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Weinig privacy in de tuin door de lage begroeiing. Van het zeezicht moet je je niet teveel voorstellen, alleen als je op je tenen staat bij de voordeur ;-). Let wel op met het bijboeken van linnengoed. Sol og strand geeft standaard 1 persoons onderlakens, deze passen niet op de 2 persoonsbedden die ook een twee persoonsmatras hebben.

Das Haus ist perfekt aufgeteilt, die grosse Wohnküche war für 7 Personen komfortabel und gross. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut, es fehlt an nichts, das hatten wir in anderen Häusern teils nicht. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Spiel Turm und eine Feuerschalenecke. Der Weg zum Strand ist nicht zu lang. Somit hatten wir im Winter einen sehr schönen Entspannungsurlaub.
