Holiday home suitable for 4 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 47 m² and is build in 2000. In 2021 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 1 pet. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 10 litres. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 200 m² natural site. Situated 100 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 5000 m away. A 75 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 9 m² covered terrace. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 2 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Ferienhaus war sehr hyggelig und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben und auch in der Küche war die Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Lage in der kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung war sehr schön, da wir aus der zweiten Reihe auch einen weiten Blick aufs Meer hatten. Das Auto konnten wir direkt am Haus parken.

Es gibt nicht eine Bedienungsanleitung für Geräte und Heizung. TV für Deutsche Kunden ungeeignet, Herd ohne Anleitung extrem schwer zu bedienen. Heizung und Klima sind ein Rätsel, warum läuft das Ding bei 20° Außentemperatur? Gut und deutlich ist der Schalter um den Boiler auszuschalten.

Das Ferienhaus ist hell und freundlich. Die Einrichtung ist auch geschmackvoll und es war Alles da, was man braucht. Der Blick aufs Meer war natürlich toll. Durch die Wärmepumpe sind die Stromkosten nicht so hoch und wir hatten es trotzdem sehr gemütlich warm, auch ohne Kamin.

Vi har følgende nummererede kommentarer: 1. Huset var ikke særlig varmt da vi ankom lørdag eftermiddag. 2. Der er ikke radiator i badeværelset - hvilket ikke gør badning særlig behageligt. Huset opvarmes alene af en luft til luft varmepumpe. 3. Toiletsædet er ru - og derfor i den grad uhygiejnisk !!! :-( 4. Belysningen er under al kritik. Der var en søvnig lampe over spise- og sofabord. En enkelt lampe ved sofa med kort ledning, så der var kun mulighed for at een kunne læse ad gangen.
