Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 5 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 70 m² and is build in 1998. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 860 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Sandbox. A single ladder ball game (ladder golf) is available. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is also a milk frother available.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 Smart TV.1 DVD player. Radio.1 Bluetooth speaker. At least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Vi var et ældre par afsted og havde en fantastisk ferie. Feriehuset var hyggelig og hjemmeligt med de faciliteter, som vi forventede. Fin indretning af huset, og der var forskellige "tilbehør", såsom viskestykker, poser og fin sortiment af køkkenudstyr, så vi manglede ikke noget. Beliggenheden var god. Gode stier og naturområder til gå/løbeture, og vi var rundt på hele egnen (Sønderborg, Nordborg, Ribe, Gråsten m.fl. ) og en tur over den tyske grænse, og det var i fin afstand til de forskellige udflugtsmål. Så alt i alt var vi ovenud tilfreds. 5 stjerner!!

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, in dem wir einen angenehmen Urlaub verbracht haben. Positiv: - Sehr gute Raumaufteilung - Gute Möbel und Betten - Gute Ausstattung inkl. sehr schnellem Internet - Sehr gepflegt und sauber Weniger Positiv: - Die Hauptstraße durch Mommark verläuft nur 20m von der Terrasse entfernt - Anders als auf den Fotos, gibt es keinerlei Sichtschutz zur Straße. Also Präsentierteller - In zwei der drei Schlafzimmer gibt es nur wenig Schrankraum

Ein sehr schönes helles und gut ausgesattetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super sauber, Küche mit allem Zubehör in gutem Zustand, großes Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, die Betten waren gut. Leider war das Grundstück nach hinten zur Zufahrtsstrasse zu offen.

Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen Aufenthalt Anfang September im Ferienhaus. Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung und eine durchdachte, kreative Raumaufteilung. Das gemütliche Sofa wird mir fehlen. Für uns hat alles gepasst. Das Ferienhaus würde ich gerne noch einmal buchen.
