Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 108 m² and is build in 1994. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 900 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Situated 500 m from a playground. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Das Haus ist super aufgeteilt und sehr gut gelegen. Nur ein paar Hundertmeter zum Badesteg. Ausgestattet ist es umfangreich. Auch der Garten mit Feuerstelle und Grill sowie tollen Terrassen ist wunderbar. Das Haus hat Meerblick.

Das Haus liegt gut gelegen in der Nähe vom Strand. Die Hecke welche auf den Bildern zu sehen war existiert nicht mehr. Somit ist das Haus von der Straße einsehbar. Das Grundstück ist aber gepflegt. Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand, liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr gut. Es war fast alles was wir benötigten vorhanden. Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer verfügten über genügend Stauraum und waren größer als wir es gewohnt sind von dänischen Ferienhäusern. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten per Treppe oder über etwas steilere Wege erreichbar. Es handelt sich um einen Steinstrand. Mehrere Badestege sind vorhanden. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es im 5 km entfernten Tandslet. Einen größeren Supermarkt gibt es im 12km entfernten Høruphav.

Dejligt hus,men ingen kvalitetstid da man ikke kan sidde ugenert nogle steder og der er livlig trafik af bilister og gående samt cyklister ude på vejen på grund manglende hæk der nu er erstattet med trådhegn

Alles, was wir brauchten, war in dem Ferienhaus vorhanden. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick beim Essen (drinnen und draussen) war wunderbar. Die nähere Umgebung ist gut geeignet für Spaziergänge und Radtouren.

Liebe Feriengäste...behütet dieses Ferienhaus so, als wäre es Euer eigenes. Der Eigentümer und auch die, die das Ferienhaus betreuen, haben es verdient, dass man mit diesem Objekt respektvoll umgeht. Sie selbst haben es uns so, für eine tolle Zeit überlassen. Vielen Dank noch einmal....ich war echt begeistert.

Die Erwartungen die wir aufgrund der Beschreibung des Hauses im Bezug auf Lage und Ausstattung hatten wurden zu 100 Prozent erfüllt. Toller Urlaub mit etwas Aprilwetter im Juni 2024.

Das Haus war schön eingerichtet, es war alles da, was man braucht in guter Qualität. Leider war es schwer möglich, nur mit der Wärmepumpenheizung das Haus kuschelig warm zu bekommen. Wir haben dann die elektrischen Heizkörper zusätzlich genutzt. Was sehr ärgerlich war, dass der angegebene Hochstuhl und das Kinderbett nicht vorhanden waren. Trotz mehrere Telefonate war es Sonne und Strand nicht möglich den angeforderten Hochstuhl bringen.
