Holiday home suitable for 8 persons . The holiday home is 87 m² and is build in 1998. In 2020 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 850 m² garden site. Situated 300 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Play tower. Slide. Situated 500 m from a playground. On warm nights the outdoor fireplace ensures a cosy atmosphere. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Am Haus angekommen waren wir sofort geflasht von der tollen Atmosphäre. Super toll eingerichtet und jede Menge Platz für alle. Die kleine hatte richtig viel Spaß morgens direkt nach dem Aufstehen in den Garten zu gehen und zu schaukeln. Das einzige Manko was ich habe....die Gerätschaften (Suppenkeller, Pfannenwender etc.) könnte vielleicht mal ausgetauscht werden. Wir sind viel spazieren gewesen und haben uns Sonderborg angeschaut. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Atmosphäre sehr ruhig, wie wir es gesucht haben. Das Haus selbst ist sehr Hellhörig. Das Bad müsste saniert werden. Der Garten gepflegt, das Haus leider nicht so. DerAnliegend Strand leider ein Steinstrand, wir sind 8 km zum nächsten Sandstrand gefahren.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit unseren Enkelkindern in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden, der Garten bot viel Platz zum Spielen und Erholen.Nicht weit vom Meer entfernt. Zum Hafen von Mommark und dem schönen Strand kann man durchaus laufen.Die Umgebung lädt zum spazieren und wandern ein.

Die Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen, es ist alles vorhanden für einen entspannten erholsamen Urlaub, es hat an nichts gefehlt. < br />Wir hatten wir nichts auszusetzen an diesem schönen Ferienhaus auch das Grundstück und die Umgebung hat uns gefallen. < br />Leider gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zum Strand obwohl das Haus nicht weit vom Strand entfernt ist. Die Sofaecke könnte mal erneuert werden, < br />die war schon recht durchgesessen und hat geknarrt,

Der Aufenthalt war total entschleunigend, weil vor Ort nichts "Aufregendes" ist - zum Glück. Einfach nur Natur pur und Zeit sich auf die Familie (oder Freunde) zu besinnen.

Schönes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos wirkt, aber mit Esstisch, großem Sofa, Sesselecke und Nische hat jeder von uns seinen Platz gefunden (3 Erwachsene + 14,11) Sehr ruhige Lage mit großem Garten und schönen Spazierwegen
