Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 84 m² and is build in 1990. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 40 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

The holiday home is situated on a 990 m² garden site. Situated 75 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 10000 m. A terrace and a 10 m2 covered terrace belongs to the holiday home. Sandbox. Situated 1000 m from a playground. Barbecue at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds.

Worth knowing
Ordered linen, highchairs and cots must be picked up from our office Als, Porten 4, 6400 Sønderborg, and returned on departure. When arriving outside the office's opening hours, the linen, highchair, and cot you ordered will be in the hallway to the office. Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged.

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Auch der viele Regen hat uns nicht gestört. Das schöne Haus und die wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer entspannen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden in guter Qualität und auch die Betten sind prima. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein tolles Haus, vom Esstisch kann man aufs Meer blicken. Durchs Gartentor über eine Wiese und eine Treppe 75 Meter zum Meer. WLAN Schlüssel am Router. Über die Klimaanlage bzw..Wärmepumpe kann man die Temperatur günstig regeln. Bedienungsanleitung Sauna uns Whirlpool bei den Geräten. Wir waren schon ca. 40 mal in Dänemark (da schon älter), dieses Haus würden wir nochmal buchen. LG

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Wohlfühlhaus mit bester Sicht auf das Meer und kürzestem Weg zum Strand. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sauber und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Lage so dicht am Strand war super. Sauna und Whirlpool hatten wir nicht in Betrieb. Der Schlüsselkasten am Haus mit Code ist sehr praktisch. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden das Haus wieder buchen.

Aktuelle, zeitgemäße Einrichtung im skandinavischen Stil. Aussergewöhnlich sauber und neuwertig wirkende Einrichtung obwohl im Kern schon 20 Jahre alt. Fernsehgerät zwar modern aber Senderwechsel völlig umständlich.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gute Einrichtung, mit Sicht zum Meer, kurzer Weg zum Strand, großer Garten, ruhig und schön gelegen. Ein Tischset und Wäscheklammern wären nicht schlecht, wenn vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Radeln. Schön wäre auch ein Ordner der Informationen zur Umgebeung und Passwort für WLAN enthält. Über einen QR-Code am Router kann man sich zwar einloggen, doch nicht jedes Handy kann das. Zusammengefasst, gerne wieder.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Zwei grosse Terrassen und passende Tische und Stühle dazu.der Ausblick auf die Ostsee ist herrlich. Ruhe und Enrspannung pur. Bis zum Strand nur ein paar Meter, man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, da Steilküste, es geht rauf und runter. Das Haus selber sehr gemütlich, 3 schöne Zimmer, saubere, frische, sehr bequeme Betten. Einzig die Küchenaustattung etwas spärlich. Die Messer haben schon bessere Tage gesehen, Deckel für die Bratpfanne fehlt. Aber dafür erstklassige Geräte inkl guter Kaffeemaschine. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, zum spazieren gehen und Fahrrad fahren, perfekt. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen
