This charming holiday home in Sillerslev offers an authentic and relaxing getaway close to the harbor and one of the island’s best beaches with a bathing jetty. The house features three spacious bedrooms with double beds, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor. There is also an extra bed in a connecting room and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

On the property, you’ll find a cozy annex equipped with a bar and dartboard – perfect for social evenings and fun indoor moments.

The garden is a peaceful retreat with a charming pond filled with goldfish, and sunny terraces on both sides of the house invite you to enjoy the outdoors all day long. The house includes a bathroom and a guest toilet, and is equipped with air conditioning/heat pump, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, washing machine, dryer, and wood-burning stove. A high chair is available, and electric car charging is possible. In the garden, a hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind under the open sky.

Sillerslev Harbor is a charming mix of working harbor and modern marina, where mussel fishermen land their catch. During the summer season, the harbor café serves local specialties, and just across the harbor lies one of Mors’ most popular beaches.

A short drive away is Nykøbing, the island’s largest town, home to Dueholm Monastery and the Danish Foundry Museum, both offering fascinating insights into local history. The town’s pedestrian street leads to the lively harbor, where each evening during the season, you can experience the unique tradition of the sun being played down with music. Nykøbing also hosts Morsø Golf Club with a beautiful 18-hole course.

Mors is famous for its dramatic moler cliffs, especially Hanklit, which rises 61 meters above the sea and offers breathtaking views over Thisted Bredning. Nearby, Salgjerhøj, the island’s highest point, also provides stunning panoramas. At Skarregaard, a preserved farm museum, time has stood still since 1958, and family-friendly events are held throughout the year. A time trail connects Skarregaard to the Fossil and Moler Museum, where 55 million years of history are revealed through fascinating finds.
