Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. The holiday home is 240 m² and is build in 2005. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. There is ground heat. There is floorheating all over the holiday home. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 120 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2502 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 6000 m away. A 150 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 50 m² covered terrace. Play tower. Petanque. Plug for charging electric car is available. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 6,5 m long and it is up to 1,5 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.
