The heart of the holiday home features an open-plan living area with dining space and kitchen. It's the perfect setting for socialising and cosy moments together. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, giving you more quality time with each other. Next to the sofa, you'll find the wood-burning stove, providing warmth and creating a particularly cosy holiday atmosphere on cooler days.

The holiday home also features an energy-efficient heat pump, allowing you to easily maintain your ideal temperature. The bathroom is fitted with underfloor heating and is located right next to the sauna, one of the holiday home's highlights. After a lovely day out exploring nature and enjoying the fresh air, there's nothing better than warming up and enjoying a relaxing moment in the sauna.

This practical holiday home also includes a washing machine for laundering clothes and towels when needed. For sleeping arrangements, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160cm), another with two single beds (80cm each), and the third with a wide single bed (120cm).

Natural grounds with shelter, sandpit and swing

The holiday home has two lovely terraces where you can enjoy fine weather on summer days. One terrace faces southeast, the other northwest. In the evening, you can prepare a delicious meal on the barbecue while your children play in the natural grounds. There's also a sandpit and swing for the youngest family members.

If you fancy spending a night in the fresh air, you're welcome to use the shelter located in the beautifully vegetated grounds.

Excellent location near Sønderstrand beach

The holiday home is situated in the resort of Sønderstrand, with its wide sandy beach just 850 metres away. It's perfect for lovely walks, with the beach extending up to three kilometres in width. The beach offers activities for the whole family, including horse riding, land sailing (blokarting), and other wind-based activities. You can even drive your car directly onto the beach.

The holiday home is a short drive from Havneby, where you can catch the ferry to the German island of Sylt. The island offers scenic landscapes, culinary delights and shopping opportunities - well worth a visit if you're planning a longer day trip.

IMPORTANT: From 2025, the swing and sandpit will no longer be available on the grounds.
