Lay-out
Holiday home suitable for 6 persons . The holiday home is 68 m² and is build in 1974. In 2022 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Freezer capacity of 12 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1295 m² natural site. Situated 650 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 7500 m. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 12 m² covered terrace. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 1 toilet.. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

Worth knowing

Ein wunderschön gelegenes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit Traumblick. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub perfekt geeignet. Einziges Manko: die Gasflasche des Grills war komplett leer, den hätten wir gerne mal genutzt. Und auf dem Grundstück/ der Terrasse wäre ein bisschen gärtnerischer Einsatz ( zumindest zu Saisonbeginn) auch nett gewesen. Es gibt keine Informationsmappe oder ähnliches im Haus, mit Infos zu Geräten, besonderen Anforderungen oder Empfehlungen, wie ich es von anderen Anbietern kenne.

Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe wie immer top, auch das Haus war wie beschrieben, super tolle Lage und es war alles soweit vorhanden...ein neuer Wäscheständer wäre toll gewesen. Jederzeit gerne wieder...

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Natur und einem sehr gemütlichen Haus. Die Erholung war super und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Det havde været dejligt, hvis græsset omkring indgangen til huset, omkring affaldsspandene og på terrassen havde været trimmet før vores ophold

Dette hus er et super klassisk feriehus, godt beliggende, alt i huset fungerede, møbler var smagfulde uden at være for fine og området var bare fantastisk. Rigtig god oplevelse til prisen.

Wir hatten einen „hyggeligen" Kurzurlaub vor Ort. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und relativ modern eingerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer in der Ferne war natürlich auch toll und ist zur Sommerzeit bestimmt noch schöner. Uns hat das Ferienhaus gut gefallen und wir würden nochmal kommen! :)

Wir waren schon mehrfach über Sol og Strand in dieser Gegend. Dieses Ferienhaus war bislang das "sauberste" und zusätzlich sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns von der 1. Minute an wie Zuhause gefühlt. Wenngleich die Terrasse von einer sehr hohen Düne abgeschirmt war, haben wir es nicht als störend empfunden, sondern zugleich als Windschutz. Ebenfalls waren die Matratzen beim 1,80m x 2,00m Bett hervorragend, gerade für uns in die Jahre gekommen Personen (Ü60) Dieses Ferienhaus würden wir sicherlich erneut mieten. Allerdings haben wir bereits ca. 150 Meter entfernt ein Ferienhaus im September gemietet. Dieses Ferienhaus kennen wir und belegen es somit zum 3. mal.

Wir fahren schon jahrelang in die Jammerbucht und für uns ist es der schönste Ort Dänemarks. In diesem Ferienhaus haben wir uns alle gleich sehr wohlgefühlt und es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Gegend Saltum und Umgebung sowie dieses Ferienhaus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.
