Ferienhaus in attraktiver Lage, mit Aussicht in die grüne Umgebung und zum Aabenraa Fjord. Im Jahr 2024 wurde eine große Holzterrasse gebaut und im Wohnzimmer ein neuer, schöner Holzofen installiert. Das Badezimmer wurde 2023 saniert, Böden und Türen 2017 und die Küche ist von 2009.
Für Kinder gibt es einen Sandkasten auf dem Naturgrundstück. Es sind nur ca. 50 m auf einem kleinen Pfad zum Strand. Es ist nicht weit zur deutsch-dänischen Grenze oder zum Ausflugsziel Sciencepark Danfoss Universe.
