The house boasts one of the most beautiful locations in Teglgårdsparken, as it sits right next to the protected meadow. The property features several small terraces where you can enjoy the sun and the view.

Teglgårdsparken features a shared pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a large playground. There are excellent opportunities for walks both on the meadow and along the Gudenå River, where fishing is also permitted.
