5 bedrooms (room 1: 1Pull-out bed, room 2: 1 double bed/150 cm, room 3: 1 double bed/2 box mattresses, room 4: 1 double bed/2 box mattresses and 1 sofa bed/192x130 cm and room 5: 1 sofa bed) and 1 bathroom.
The house has 5 bedrooms, a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, a toilet with shower and a cosy extra living room with table football and sofa bed.
The living room and dining room have access to the newly landscaped terrace with lounge furniture and the cosy garden, which is fenced and suitable for both dogs and small children. This is a great house for the family who wants a real holiday home without the luxury. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.

In January 2022, a wilderness bath for 6 people, an outdoor shower with gas heating and a new kitchen were installed in the house.

In the period from mid-May to the end of August, the pool area's bathroom can be used.

Teglgårdsparken has a shared pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There are plenty of opportunities for lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where you can also fish.
