There is a charging point for electric cars by the house.
The house is furnished with 3 large bedrooms (room 1: 1 double bed, room 2: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds, room 3: 2 box-spaces, a lovely living room with activity corner, bathroom and a separate sauna. In the activity corner there is a sofa bed with the possibility of extra beds, making a total of 8 beds in the house.
In the garden there is a hot tub, trampoline and a swing with a regular swing and a sensory swing. The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.

The house is not rented out to tradesmen.

Teglgårdsparken has a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.
