Large holiday home with good location in Teglgårdsparken with 20 beds.

In December 2023, the owner inspected the service, duvets and pillows and replaced/supplemented where the owner found it necessary.

The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.
There are 9 bedrooms:
Room 1 : Family room with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 beds. Room 2 : 1 double bed. Room 3 : 1 bunk bed with 2 beds. Room 4: 2 box mattresses. Room 5: 2 box mattresses. Room 6: 1 sofa bed. Room 7: 1 double bed. Room 8. annex with 2 box mattresses. Room.9 annex with 2 box mattresses
2 bathrooms, one of which was made in 2020.
The house has 3 living rooms (one living room is room 6) and a lovely kitchen.
In the garden there are several terraces and the garden is fenced.

In Teglgårdsparken there is a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where there is also fishing.
