Superb two-story vacation home with room for 12 people.

The house has 5 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 x 140 cm bed, bedroom 2: 1 double bed, bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds, bedroom 4: 2 single beds, and bedroom 5: 2 single beds), a kitchen open to the living room, and 2 bathrooms. There is a changing table on the wall in one of the bedrooms. The house has a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. There is a lovely secluded garden on slightly hilly grounds.

There are 2 newer terraces. The entire lower floor was newly renovated in 2019 and updated in 2026. The house has fiber internet as an optional extra. The outdoor spa is available upon request and heated to 28 degrees upon arrival.

There is a charging station for electric cars.

In Teglgårdsparken, there is a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There are many opportunities for lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where fishing is also possible.
