General:
Das Haus war für uns als älteres Ehepaar mit Hund ideal. Der Wohn- und Essbereich wie auch die Schlafzimmer waren ebenerdig zu erreichen. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach, was bei einer Reise mit Hund gar nicht so schlecht ist. Das Haus selbst lässt sich gut und rasch reinigen. Natürlich wäre es ideal, wenn das Grundstück mit einem einfachen Zaun eingefasst wäre, dann hätte unser Hund mehr Zeit auch alleine draußen verbringen können. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, da unsere Erwartungen erfüllt wurden. Ob dieses Haus mit dem Außengelände für Familien mit Kindern geeignet ist, können und wollen wir nicht bewerten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und würden dieses Objekt jederzeit wieder mieten.

Das Gelände des Ferienhauses war ungepflegt, der Rasen hätte mal wieder gemäht und die Büsche geschnitten werden müssen. Im Ferienhaus hat uns ein Kamin gefehlt und für uns war die Raumaufteilung, Wohn- und Esszimmerbereich voneinander getrennt nicht so vorteilhaft, ansonsten ein schönes Ferienhaus. Der Service von Sonne und Strand ist einfach super, sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir werden wieder über Sonne und Strand buchen.
