Nestled in the breathtaking dunes of Tornby, this new and exclusive holiday home offers panoramic views, where luxury, tranquillity, and nature blend perfectly together. The ideal setting for a relaxing family holiday on Denmark’s North Jutland coast.

Built in 2023, this modern holiday home near Tornby Beach offers everything you could wish for in terms of comfort and quality. Bright rooms, high ceilings, and a large west-facing glass façade fill the house with natural light and create a wonderful sense of space. From here, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view – at any time of year.

The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining area and is fully equipped for your culinary holiday moments. The cozy living room invites you to unwind in front of the wood-burning stove after a long day by the sea. The entire house has underfloor heating powered by an energy-efficient heat pump, and both a washing machine and a tumble dryer are available for your convenience.

The holiday home features three beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower – ideal for families or couples seeking privacy and top-class comfort.
The large bathroom includes both a 6-person spa and a sauna – the perfect combination of wellness and relaxation. In the master bedroom, you can sink into the adjustable bed and enjoy the sea view through the window framing the North Sea horizon – even from the bathtub in the adjoining bathroom.
There’s also a cozy loft area offering one of the best sea views in the house.

If you’re a larger group or several families holidaying together and need extra space, you can also rent the neighbouring holiday home at Kløren 15. This gives you the chance to enjoy your holiday together – with plenty of space, comfort, and privacy for everyone.

Outdoor area

Outside, several fantastic terraces invite you to enjoy both sun and shelter. On the east side, a closed courtyard with sun loungers is perfect for quiet mornings and relaxation protected from the west wind. On the west side, a covered terrace overlooks the dunes and offers a front-row seat to unforgettable sunsets over the North Sea.
From the house, you can walk directly through the dunes down to Tornby Beach – in just a few minutes, your feet are in the soft sand. The garage features fitness equipment, a table tennis table, and an 11 kWh power outlet for charging electric cars.
