The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair. Changing table.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1489 m² natural site. Situated 4000 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 2000 m away. A 30 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Trampoline. Slide. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 2 sleeping places in single beds.2 sleeping places in adjustable beds. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Worth knowing
Youth groups (15-25 years of age) not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. By violation of this prohibition a fee of min. EUR 420 will be charged. A private outdoor swimming pool is available in the period from 15st May to 1th October. The swimming pool is heated exclusively by the sun. You have access to the loft by a ladder attached to the wall.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und ist besonders für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. In der Ferienhaussiedlung befinden sich tolle Möglichkeiten wie Spielplätze, Fußballgolf, Minigolf. Alles sehr gepflegt, das Haus liegt sehr geschützt und ruhig. Uns hat es gut gefallen, auch der Service von Sonne und Strand war klasse. Wir hatten einen Defekt am Whirlpool, uns wurde schnell und ohne Umstände geholfen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Sonne und Strand buchen!
