Holiday home - 6 persons - Ildervej - Tranum / Krogen / Tranum Klit - 9460 - Brovst

This wonderful incredible well-kept house is situated in a beautiful nature area, where you really have the opportunity to enjoy the peace in all seasons. It is an easy house to move into (Also in the cold times) because there is always 10-15 degrees warm in the house – And floor heating. The house is a low-energy house with heat recuperation and solar panels. The house is equipped with everything that you would wish of technical facilities for the perfect holiday. (Wireless internet, dishwasher-, washing and dryer machine) Apart from the three bedrooms there are a sleeping-sofa in the living-room + a lovely big (parent-free) bed loft so the bigger children can spend some quality time alone, and still enjoy the good atmosphere, which is going on down in the open-plan kitchen and living-room with fire in the wood burner and meal preparation.
There are two bathrooms, - One of them invites you to wellbeing and relaxing in the spa bath and sauna.
The holiday cottage has three lovely terraces – so here you have some good opportunities to find shelter for the wind, if there should be any wind. In front of the living-room the large terrace is, which is roofed – this spot is perfect for the long summer nights. – For the children there are both a sandbox and swings on the ground, and a little playground on the same road as the house. Here the children can play all day long. Apart from that there are a large forest playground in Tranum, -- And only a few kilometers from the fantastic beach, Tranumstrand.
Smoking is not allowed – likewise this house will not be rented out to youth groups.
