Of course, you'll also find all the necessary cooking utensils and dishes to prepare your favorite meals. The bedroom features a spacious double bed with high-quality Emma mattresses. The children's room is a true paradise for our little guests: an adventurous bunk bed invites you to snuggle and dream, while a selection of toys provides entertainment. The modern shower room with toilet offers convenience for your daily routine. A coin-operated washing machine is available for your use in the basement. The absolute highlight is the incredibly beautiful view. The balcony offers a direct view of the harbor entrance and the kite and surfing area. The free Wi-Fi allows you to stay in touch with your loved ones or plan your next excursions even on vacation. Look forward to relaxing days in a car-free harbor – completely free of traffic noise, but with plenty of peace and security. You can conveniently park your vehicle in the nearby public parking lot (approx. 400 meters away). We will provide you with a parking permit for the duration of your stay. You are, of course, welcome to stop briefly at the house for loading and unloading. To ensure the quality of life for all guests, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment.
