Newly built holiday apartment - bright and friendly - on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly on the Baltic Sea beach in the idyllic marina of Orth. The modern and newly furnished apartment has a living-dining area with an integrated kitchen, flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom and a spacious balcony with a beach chair. Beautiful sunrises are guaranteed! The apartment is designed with oak parquet flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, oven and fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a shower and bath and a washing machine. A separate storage room on the ground floor is available for guests to store bicycles and surfing equipment they have brought with them. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, also with a dog, but multiple occupancy of up to 4 people is possible. The comfortable sofa bed in the living room is available for this purpose. The holiday complex is located directly on the marina and dyke, so that you are just a few steps away from the Baltic Sea. Cafes and restaurants invite you to linger. There are delicious rolls, tarts and cakes. If you would like to enjoy breakfast in a beach chair, you can already watch the hustle and bustle of the port in the morning. Highlights include: all consumption-based energy costs. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are restaurants, cafés, port snack bars, beer pubs and bike rentals, surfing schools and surf shops and a fishing boat. Bathing and surfing opportunities are available in Orth, the Flügge and Püttsee bathing beaches can be reached quickly by bike or car. A bus line also stops right at the port. Fehmarn-Orth is an Eldorado for water sports enthusiasts; there is a surfing and sailing school and also a kitesurfing school. There is a large, child-friendly bathing bay just a few meters from the port.
