Es hat ein Erdgeschoss und einen ersten Stock und bietet einen schönen Meeresblick, einen Garten, Parkplatz und Privacy. Die Fenster haben alle Fliegengitter; Klimaanlage und Heizung sind vorhanden. Im Freien: Veranda mit Tisch, Pergola mit Sesseln. Vom Swimmingpool aus genießt man die Sicht aufs Meer, am Pool stehen 2 Liegestühle und 2 Sonnenliegen zur Verfügung. Das Feriendomizil erreicht man über eine private Straße von 400m, von denen 100m nicht asphaltiert sind, mit zwei Kurven. Der Ort Camaiore ist 3 km entfernt und zum Strand sind es 10 km. Der Flughafen von Pisa in 30 km, der Bahnhof von Viareggio in 10 km.

General:
Ein traumhafter Ort zum entspannen und abschalten. Der Ausblick ist einmalig!!!Das Haus ist sehr abgelegen und dadurch sehr ruhig. Allerdings sind die letzten 500 m Anfahrt eine Herausforderung und nur für geübte Fahrer zu bewältigen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Pool hätte für unser Empfinden etwas größer sein dürfen, zur Abkühlung aber völlig ausreichend. Wir hatten unvergessliche 2 Wochen. ??
