Charming 3-room apartment with a separate entrance. The lower floor features two large bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and access to a small terrace. Upstairs, near the entrance, is another bathroom, an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, and an outdoor seating area and lawn facing east. Next to the infinity pool (20 x 3 m, with a 3 x 2 m underwater seating/lounging area) is a small, covered summer kitchen with a fire pit and views over the house and the entire valley into the surrounding greenery (accessible via approximately 40 steps through the terraced garden). The pool is practically for the exclusive use of the owners, who do not use it when guests are present. The approximately 3,500 m² property is fully fenced, and the owners' two friendly, somewhat shy Bengal cats occasionally roam the grounds.
