The holiday home is modern and flooded with light. It features an entrance hall with a WC and stairs. A large living room opens onto the garden, and a luxury fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is a sitting area with a sofa and TV (plus Apple TV). Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed has an open-plan bathroom with a shower and WC. The holiday home (approx. 170 m²/275 m³) is situated in a quiet location, yet almost in the center of town. I bought this house (built in 1955) in 2010 and completely renovated it. The holiday home is located on the eastern edge of Bergen and is just under 4 km from Bergen aan Zee. The beach and sea can be reached by bicycle in just 25 minutes, with the route taking you through a varied landscape of pastures, woods, and dunes.
