On the top floor, a cosy lounge with panoramic windows opens up to sweeping views over the dunes, the village, and the Het Zwanenwater nature reserve and on clear days, even the sea. Multiple bathrooms and thoughtfully furnished bedrooms ensure that everyone has their own comfort, while still enjoying the joy of staying under one roof. Outdoors, the farmhouse offers wide green spaces where children can play freely and adults can unwind. Garden furniture invites you to sit back with a morning coffee, gather for an afternoon chat, or enjoy a barbecue as the sun sets. Within walking distance, you’ll find Callantsoog’s charming village square, sandy beach, and local restaurants, while nature lovers can set off on hikes or bike rides straight from the doorstep. A place made for laughter, shared meals, and unforgettable moments perfect for creating memories together.

Ideal with several families A spacious, detached and recently renovated farmhouse - that's our group accommodation Landzicht in the atmospheric coastal village Callantsoog. The location of the house is on a quiet road and has spectacular (!) views over Het Zwanenwater nature reserve and the North Holland dunes. The cozy village square, the beach and our restaurant WOEST are within walking distance. In 2018 we have completely refurbished and renovated our farm. The roof has new thatch and a large window street, so you now have spectacular views from the third floor over nature, dunes and the village. If you look closely you can even see the sea. Here are lovely lounge sofas made to endlessly enjoy the view. On the second floor is a large dining table where you can sit with the whole group, including kitchenette. And several seats where you can crawl away. In this luxury farmhouse are four apartments situated. The apartments are connected to each other from the middle part of the farm. Here we have created a cozy group space with bar and several seating areas. Here you can all get together. In the morning gather before you go to the beach. In the afternoon for having a nice drink. Or in the evening for playing games. All apartments have their own living room, with sofa, armchairs and television. Each has a spacious kitchen with complete inventory, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and of course dining table with enough chairs. So you have access to four kitchens. There are a total of 6 bathrooms which you can use. Each with a sink, mirror, large shower and toilet. And of course enough bedrooms for everyone. Then we place 2 extra beds in the largest bedrooms Landzicht is the ideal group accommodation for a stay with your entire family or group of friends. Everyone has his own spot and for being together we have the different group rooms. Behind the farm is our Duynpark. As a guest of Zon Zee Strand you can of course also use all facilities there. The children can run wild on the playing fields.
