A small holiday village nestled in the picturesque Kashubian Landscape Park, between two charming lakes – Buk and Kamionka. Directly on the shores of the latter, guests can enjoy exceptional accommodation in an oasis of peace and quiet. This comfortable semi-detached holiday home sits on a well-maintained, partially fenced property. The house is two stories high. On the ground floor, there's a spacious living room (with a TV, fireplace, large dining table, and a double sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker), and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (each with a TV and a balcony). The house has a covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, offering a picturesque view of the lake. Barbecue facilities are available. The uniqueness of this place is further enhanced by an additional, intimate, two-story cottage (downstairs, there's a living room with a TV, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower, while upstairs there's a double bedroom). This cottage also has a covered terrace and balcony. Both cottages feature electric heating and a fireplace in the main building (wood included in the price). Another aspect of the high standard of this place is the private, year-round sauna and hot tub with a jacuzzi in the garden (included in the price). The exceptionally well-maintained property (for exclusive use of guests) includes secure parking, a playground (wooden tipi, wooden ship), and a fireplace. There's also a fishing pier by the private beach. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, firewood, sauna, hot tub with a jacuzzi, internet, parking, and final cleaning. A high chair and a cot are available upon request (reservation required). The location provides the perfect setting for escaping everyday life and immersing yourself in the peace and quiet of nature. Guests have direct access to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Kamionka.
