We rent out four apartments in our house. The house is located 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast and a 15-minute walk (1000 meters) from the center of Baška. Apartment Karla (4+2, approx. 40 sq m + 14 sq m terrace) is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. It has two double bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with a 140x200 cm bed; both mattresses have pocket springs), two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room with an extra bed for two additional people. The extra bed is a gray sofa that can be extended into a 140x200 cm bed. I have provided a 5 cm thick mattress for comfortable sleeping. The kitchen and living room are an open-plan space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, and dishes. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, and hairdryer, and one bathroom also has a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. This apartment features air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a smart satellite TV in every room, a safe, and secure parking in the courtyard. This apartment offers views of the countryside (garden view). The nearest grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, and restaurant are 200 meters away, so you don't need a car unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Welcome and enjoy your stay!
