We rent out four apartments in our house. The house is located 200 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast and a 15-minute walk (1000 meters) from the center of Baška. This apartment has 35 square meters of interior space and a fenced private terrace of 35 square meters, for a total of 70 square meters. This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed (gray sofa) for two additional guests. A 5 cm thick mattress is provided for the sofa bed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The kitchen and living room are open-plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, plates, cups, cutlery, and dishes. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. Towels and bed linens are also provided. The bedroom has a second smart TV and a separate air conditioner. The living room and bedroom have underfloor heating. From the living room, there is access to the 35m² fenced garden terrace. The terrace features a hot tub with heated water. Both the terrace access and the hot tub are covered by a roof, which can be opened and closed remotely. The terrace also includes a table, chairs, two sun loungers, and a gas grill. This apartment offers garden views, two air conditioning units, free Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a dishwasher, a washing machine (not located in the apartment), smart satellite TV in every room, and secure parking in the courtyard. It was renovated in the summer of 2020 (only the bathroom is 15 years old). The nearest grocery store, bakery, coffee shop, and restaurant are 200 meters away. Therefore, you don't need a car unless you wish to explore other parts of the island. Welcome and enjoy!
